A number of Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to rejoice in the news that Luke Ayling has been voted the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month for February.
The Whites full-back picked up 54 percent of the vote to win the accolade for the second time this season, also triumphing in December.
Ayling has been in sensational form for Leeds in recent weeks, helping Marcelo Bielsa’s side claim four wins – all with clean sheets – in a row last month.

The 28-year-old scored the winning goal in Leeds’ 1-0 victory over Bristol City at Elland Road and also scored the opening goal of the Whites 4-0 hammering of Hull City.
Ayling comfortably beat Brentford’s Said Benrahma into second place with 16 percent, while Tom Lawrence of Derby County finished third with 12 percent.
The Leeds man, of course, has taken his great February form into March, scoring a simply sensational volley in the 2-0 win over Huddersfield Town last time out.
Here is what some Leeds fans have been saying on social media about their hero scooping up another award:
Up next for Leeds is Sunday’s Championship trip to Cardiff City.
