Tottenham Hotspur winger Dejan Kulusevski has been praised by Tim Sherwood for his display against Wolves on Saturday.
Antonio Conte’s charges ran out 1-0 winners in the day’s early Premier League kickoff, courtesy of Harry Kane’s second-half goal.
Spurs were looking to follow up their win against Southampton and draw at Chelsea with another positive result.

However, Tottenham struggled to make inroads for much of the game, with just one effort of note in the first half.
Meanwhile, Wolves registered 12 shots in the opening 45 minutes – but they didn’t make the most of it.
Spurs picked up the pace after the interval and eventually broke the deadlock.
In the 64th minute, Son Heung-min’s corner was flicked on by Ivan Perisic and Kane headed home.
It was Tottenham’s 1,000th home Premier League goal and Kane’s 250th goal for Spurs.
In addition, it was Kane’s 185th Premier League goal – the most a player has scored for one team in the competition.
Though the England captain earned many of the plaudits for his milestones, Sherwood also lauded Kulusevski.
“They might’ve been saving his legs”
The 22-year-old has been a revelation for Tottenham since joining back in January.
This season, Kulusevski has one goal and one assist – both in the opening game of the season.
And though the Swede didn’t tally up a goal contribution against Wolves, he nonetheless did very well.

He was one of Spurs’ main threats going forward, contributed chances, and once again showed how strong he is on the ball.
Kulusevski came off in the 85th minute, Yves Bissouma taking his place, and Sherwood loved what he saw from the winger.
He told Optus Sport: “Kulusevski I thought was outstanding today. I think they might’ve been saving his legs today.”
Kulusevski has truly transformed the Tottenham frontline, and best of all, he’s reportedly set to only cost £30million.
An absolute bargain for a player of his calibre with his whole career ahead of him.
