Leeds United manager Jesse Marsch says Rodrigo Moreno is an “incredible human being” who’s “outstanding” to work with.
The Whites boss was speaking at his pre-match press conference – via Leeds Live – ahead of the Southampton game.
Rodrigo is the Whites’ record signing, having cost a reported £26million from Valencia in 2020.

The Spaniard has struggled at times whilst at Leeds, but now looks invigorated under Marsch.
Rodrigo has scored twice in Leeds’ last two games, the wins over Norwich and Wolves.
And Marsch is confident that he and his coaching team can help the 31-year-old develop further.
Leeds Live asked the American whether Rodrigo is now the main striker at Elland Road.
“(I) See him as a leader in the team,” replied Marsch.
“Committing to 100 per cent of what we are trying to accomplish as a group.
“With Rodrigo he wants to learn our ideas, commit to the tactics and be aggressive.
“Have quality and execute in the last third.
“Working with him has been outstanding.
“Incredible human being. Help him grow and get better and continue to develop.
“Whether they are 35 or 15 I believe all players have room to develop.
“Guys look to him in a lot of ways. Really happy to work with him and get to know him more. Massive part attacking.”
“I’m really happy here”
With Leeds now seven points clear of the bottom three, there’s a lot more optimism at Elland Road.
Obviously there’s still a lot of work to be done for the Whites to secure Premier League safety.

And while the future remains uncertain for now, Rodrigo has made it clear he wants to stay at Leeds.
“The future you never know but my idea is to stay here,” he told the Yorkshire Evening Post.
“I’m really happy with the club, my family are really happy living here in England, my daughter and my wife.
“I feel an important part of this club, my team-mates made me feel like this, everyone who works for the club.
“I think I’ve created a really good relationship with everyone here. You never know what’s going to happen.
“Of course when the summer comes everyone is going away, everyone is coming in, we don’t have games so we have to keep speaking about something and I understand that’s part of football as well, I accept this.
“But if you’re asking me – I’m really happy here.”
