Tottenham Hotspur want to sign Radu Dragusin from Genoa

Well, Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Genoa central defender Radu Dragusin in the January transfer window.

Italian journalist Rudy Galetti has reported on X that Tottenham are in talks with Genoa over a deal for Dragusin.

The reporter has claimed that Spurs are ready to pay €27 million (£23.24 million) for the Romania international centre-back.

Another Italian journalist, Fabrizio Romano, has claimed that the defender has agreed personal terms with Spurs, who won against Burnley in the third round of the FA Cup on Friday evening.

Italian news outlet TuttoJuve has reported that Manchester United are keen on Dragusin and are willing to pay the €40 million (£34.44 million) transfer fee that Genoa want for him.

Tottenham warned about potential Radu Dragusin deal

Genoa president Alberto Zangrillo has been speaking about the future of Radu Dragusin.

As you can see below, Zangrillo has directly addressed rumours that Tottenham have bid for the 21-year-old centre-back.

Zangrillo’s comments make it clear that Tottenham will not be able to have it all their way.

Genoa are not going to sell Dragusin for anything below the amount they want for him.
