Tottenham Hotspur appointing Antonio Conte as their new manager struck fear in some Arsenal fans’ hearts.
The Italian is one of the best in the business. He has won league titles with Juventus, Chelsea and most recently, Inter Milan, and if there’s one man who can make Tottenham a real force in the Premier League, it’s probably him.
Arsenal, despite their woeful start to the season, have recovered. They battered Tottenham at the Emirates not too long ago and are now fifth in the table, just three points behind defending champions Manchester City.
Things are really looking up for the Gunners, but Conte’s appointment is still bothering some Arsenal supporters. Skipper Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, however, says he doesn’t care one bit.
Aubameyang: I don’t care about Conte joining Tottenham
The Arsenal captain sat down for a fun little interview on Sky Sports this week. One of the questions he was asked was about Tottenham appointing Conte as their new manager.
Arsenal fans will absolutely love his response.
“I don’t care,” he said before bursting into laughter.
“I’ll be honest, I really don’t care. That’s not my problem, really,” he concluded.

Arsenal fans react
Some Arsenal fans are really worried about Conte at Tottenham. There’s a decent chance that he could change their fortunes, especially if he is backed by the board in the next two transfer windows.
Aubameyang’s comments, however, have been received brilliantly by the Gunners faithful. Arsenal fans absolutely love what he has just said.
Here’s how a few of them reacted on Twitter…
