West Ham United appear to be in need of additional firepower.
David Moyes brought in Said Benrahma in the last transfer window, but was unable to add another striker to his ranks.
At the moment he’s working with Michail Antonio, who is doing a great job but is not an out-and-out striker, and Sebastien Haller, who is struggling in English football since his £45 million move (BBC Sport) from Eintracht Frankfurt last year.

In the past couple of days, the club have been linked (Defensa Central) with a move for Real Madrid pair Luka Jovic and Mariano Diaz, who are both unwanted by Zinedine Zidane.
Jovic has scored just two goals in 32 games for the Spanish heavyweights, while Mariano has managed 10 in 41 games for the first-team.
West Ham ideally need to bring in someone reliable, and they should look no further than Olivier Giroud – a man who has been linked with the London Stadium before.
TBR’s View – Giroud would be a fantastic signing
According to Telefoot Chaine, as relayed by GFFN, Giroud has ‘decided to quit’ Chelsea in January in search of regular football and West Ham, should be the team to offer him that.

The Express claimed back in June that the Irons were keen, and the former Arsenal man has said he is settled in London, which could be key.
Last night, the 33-year-old bagged two more goals for France to take his tally to 44 for his country, meaning he’s now just seven behind top scorer Thierry Henry.
Giroud – who signed for Chelsea for £18 million (BBC Sport) – is a proven goalscorer at international and Premier League level, and while his years may be advancing, he clearly still has plenty to offer.
