Arsenal academy ace Jordi Osei-Tutu has left the Emirates Stadium on loan, and fans of his new club are excited about the Gunners prodigy’s arrival.

The 21-year-old right-back joined the Arsenal academy from Reading in 2015 and has worked his way through the ranks, impressing for the Under-23s in 2018-19.

In June last year, Osei-Tutu joined VfL Bochum on loan for the season and shone for the German second-tier club, making 21 league appearances and claiming five goals and three assists.

He was mostly deployed at right-back at first, and did well from an attacking perspective, but there were some doubts over his defensive capabilities and found himself out of the squad at times.

However, being subsequently deployed as a right-winger – the same position he played in at Reading – has allowed him to showcase his talents and weigh in with numerous goals and assists.

In his last 11 league games for Bochum, Osei-Tutu claimed an impressive four goals and three assists.

This season, Osei-Tutu will be plying his trade with Cardiff City, who reached the Championship playoffs last season but were beaten by eventual winners Fulham.

And plenty of Bluebirds fans are pleased with their new acquisition:
