‘Oh yes’ – Leeds United fans react to reports linking them with Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard

Leeds United fans have been reacting on Twitter to the news that Celtic striker, Odsonne Edouard, is apparently on their summer shopping list if they are promoted. 

According to reports from the Daily Star, via the BBC, the French striker has emerged as the number one target for Marcelo Bielsa to help lead his team in the Premier League.

Promotion from the Championship is looking increasingly likely for the Whites, especially after they saw off Blackburn Rovers with relative ease yesterday.

Edouard, then, could well be a perfect signing. He’s banged in 27 goals in all competitions this season and has attracted admiring glances from across Europe.

However, Leeds seem to be the ones looking to make a move. And while a big sum is likely to be needed to prize him away from Celtic, most at Elland Road appear keen on seeing him arrive.
