Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min has praised Spurs teammate Eric Dier for his superb goal in Wednesday’s pre-season friendly win over Team K-League.
Antonio Conte’s charges ran out 6-3 winners over their opponents in front of over 64,000 fans at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.
While Son and Harry Kane stood out with their respective braces, Dier also impressed with a solid defensive display and outstanding opener.

The £4million man picked up the ball on the halfway line and surged through the middle of the park after exchanging passes with Bryan Gil.
Then, Dier – Tottenham’s first-half captain – let rip with an outstanding left-footed effort that flew into the top corner of the Team K-League net.
The England international’s effort set Spurs on the way to victory as both teams served up an exhilarating nine-goal thriller.
Speaking to the Spurs media team after the game, Son could barely contain his excitement after being asked about Dier’s goal.
“Oh my God, oh my God! Let’s talk about [it],” replied the South Korea international.
“Eric Dier turned up with like Harry Kane’s left foot or what? Not my left foot, but Harry Kane’s left foot!
“I really liked it. I mean Eric deserved it.”
Team K-League manager Kim Sang-sik also liked what he saw from Dier during the game.
When asked in his post-match press conference by South Korean journalist Sungmo Lee who Spurs’ most impressive player was, the boss replied: “Eric Dier”.
