'Offer £20m + Hourihane': Some Villa fans beg club to sign ace who is better 'than Smith Rowe'
Aston Villa are reportedly interested in a move for West Brom playmaker Matheus Pereira.
According to ESPN Brazil, the 25-year-old attacker could leave the Baggies this summer for £30m. Pereira was West Brom’s key outfield player last season despite their relegation back down to the Championship.
The Brazilian hit 11 goals in the Premier League, and Pereira is reportedly keen on returning to the top-flight.
As per ESPN, Leeds, Crystal Palace and West Ham are also interested in the West Brom star.
Indeed, Villa have already signed one creative attacker this summer in the form of Emi Buendia. Yet Dean Smith is keen to add another player in a similar vein to the Argentina international.
Moreover, Pereira fits this mould to a tee. And Villa fans on social media are eager for the club to sign the Brazilian attacker this summer.
