Tottenham Hotspur have tied two players down to long-term deals. Both Ben Davies and Harry Winks have signed five-year contract extensions, keeping them in North London until summer 2024.
Davies, who operates at left-back, has rotated with Danny Rose in the past few seasons. Since joining from Swansea City, the Wales international has racked up over 160 appearances for Spurs.
While he has been criticised at times, Davies provides some solidity for Tottenham at left-back. And if Rose leaves, he will carry the flame as the starting left-back or left-wing-back under Mauricio Pochettino.
The 26-year-old is now entering the prime of his career and Spurs fans will be hoping his performances match his contract. Likewise, Winks has been rewarded with a new long-term deal.
Harry Winks joins Ben Davies in committing until 2024

Winks came through the ranks at Tottenham and is a fan favourite. The lively England international midfielder has played over 100 times for Tottenham, scoring twice.
And now the 23-year-old has committed his long-term future to Pochettino’s project. He will hope to steer clear of injuries in 2019/20 to kick on for Tottenham.
Here are how Spurs fans reacted to this double announcement.
