Ange Postecoglou has admitted that Hugo Lloris will be free to make a decision over his Tottenham Hotspur future in January.
Speaking to Football.London, the Tottenham boss singled out Lloris for praise due to his attitude behind the scenes this season.
Lloris is yet to feature for Spurs this term after he looked set to leave the club over the summer.

The 36-year-old has lost his place in the Tottenham side to Guglielmo Vicario and even found himself behind Fraser Forster in the pecking order.
Of course, Lloris was Tottenham’s captain up until Ange Postecoglou’s arrival. But with his contract set to run until next summer, his days at Spurs seem to be numbered.
Now, the Spurs boss has admitted that the decision over Lloris’ future is down to the player hismelf and the club.
Postecoglou admits Lloris will decide Tottenham future
Speaking to the media ahead of Tottenham’s clash against West Ham, Postecoglou praised Lloris for his application in training this season.
“It’s not my decision,” Postecoglou said. “It’s a decision for Hugo and the club. I don’t have that power and don’t want that power.
“Hugo is a member of this squad and how he trains every day is important to me. If he wasn’t then I’d be dealing with it but I haven’t had to, he has been absolutely first-class.
“As a manager I don’t take that for granted because that could be a problem for me. For most managers it is the ones who aren’t playing who give you the biggest headaches. It’s his decision to make.”

There have been suggestions that Tottenham could ultimately decide to terminate Lloris’ contract soon.
The Frenchman has just over six months left on his deal and looks set to leave over the coming months.
It would be a real shame to see Lloris bow out that way after such a brilliant spell in North London.
The former skipper was snapped up for just £12 million back in 2012 and has been a loyal servant to the club.
Nevertheless, it was certainly the right time to replace the shot-stopper and Vicario has been exceptional so far this season.
