Nohan Kenneh took to Twitter to express his delight after making his debut for Leeds United’s under-23s in their 2-0 victory over Wigan Athletic on Monday night.
The 16-year-old is one of the young players who appears to have been earmarked by the Elland Road faithful as one to look out for.
It was reported by Soccer Link back in the summer that Paris Saint-Germain were interested in the teenager. But obviously, Leeds managed to keep hold of the youngster despite the interest from Parc des Princes.
And the versatile starlet has ticked another accolade off after appearing for Carlos Corberan’s side. Kenneh was brought on in the 88th minute at the DW Stadium as the under-23s beat the Latics 2-0.
And after the victory, Kenneh commented on making his debut and helping the side to a win…

Kenneh may well now be setting his sights on securing more game-time for the under-23s. Marcelo Bielsa has shown that he is more than willing to promote the youngsters who are impressing if they are needed.
So it would be a massive step for Kenneh if he can start playing for Coberan’s men regularly over the coming months.
And it is clear that plenty of Leeds fans are backing Kenneh to become a much more prominent figure in the future. Plenty responded to Kenneh’s tweet with messages of encouragement after his under-23 bow…
