The loan deal that saw Everton forward head to Real Valladolid last week does not contain any purchase option, according to the Spanish club.
Everton allowed the Spanish attacker to return to La Liga last week on a season-long loan. The fact that Everton had again failed to find a permanent exit for the flop had some fans disappointed. Those fans are not likely to be happy to hear that the deal does not contain any form of buy-out clause.
As reported by El Desmarque last week, Valladolid sporting director Miguel Angel Gomez confirmed as such but stressed communication could remain open with Everton.
“There is no purchase option in the transfer, Everton has been a gentleman club in the negotiations and their behavior with us is totally satisfactory, and it opens a way for future negotiations.”
Sandro has struggled at Everton. As reported by the BBC, Sandro cost Everton just £5.2 million in 2017. However, he has failed to have any telling impact at Goodison Park.

Loan spells have since followed at Sevilla and Real Sociedad. Both were a disaster, with Sandro failing to score in either spell. In fact, his last goal was for Everton, in a disastrous 5-1 home loss to Atalanta in November 2017.
So it is no surprise Everton are finding it tough to find a team willing to commit to a big transfer fee for the player.
His recent form would not warrant it and Everton must hope this loan gamble pays off.
If he thrives with the Blanquivioletas then Everton might be able to auction him off to the highest bidder next season.
But if not, Everton will again struggle to find a buyer for a player whose contract runs until 2021.
