‘No need’: Arsenal fans unsure on Isco deal amid latest reports of January deal

Arsenal fans have been discussing the latest reports which suggest that Real Madrid midfielder Isco is now the number one target for Mikel Arteta.

The Telegraph claims that the Gunners are in early discussions with Isco over a short-term move to The Emirates. It would represent a bold move into the market for Arsenal, who have been keen to address their lack of creativity.

However, with two wins in a row and young players like Gabi Martinelli and Emile Smith-Rowe impressing of late, some Arsenal fans have been questioning the logic behind bringing Isco in.

The Spaniard is out of favour at the Bernabeu and would, you’d assume, need time to get up to speed in the Premier League.

It seems, then, that in the main, Arsenal fans would rather the club go after other targets based on some of the comments on social media.
