Leeds manager Jesse Marsch has offered an update on the fitness of midfielder Mateusz Klich after last night’s 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace.
Klich was replaced at half-time on a night where the Whites earned a point which could prove crucial in the relegation fight.
But speaking at his post-match press conference, Marsch confirmed that Klich is not injured and should be in line to face Manchester City next time out.

When asked if there was an injury to Klich, Marsch replied: “No.
“I just felt like we needed more of a defensive presence in there and an ability to help press.
“That for me was clear that it was going to be Robin [Koch] but while I’ve been here Klichy has played really well.
“We’re still going to need him down the stretch.”

Leeds’ run-in is hard and they cannot relax just yet, especially with Burnley picking up two crucial victories in recent days.
Everton’s flight looks more dicey than Leeds’ right now, and they also seem to have more momentum and fighting spirit.
City know that any dropped points could see the league title go begging, but they will be tired after a midweek Champions League outing, so who knows what might happen?
