Aston Villa have already signed Wesley Moraes in a big-money move. But Dean Smith still wants another striker with Rafael Leao now on his radar.
According to Super Deporte, Valencia, Everton, Aston Villa and FC Porto are all jostling for Leao. The young striker has had an impressive season at Lille and is now in-demand.

Last season, Aston Villa’s top scorer was Tammy Abraham. But he has since returned to Chelsea after his loan expired and the London club’s transfer ban could make a return difficult.
Smith has wasted no time seeking alternatives. Wesley arrives from Club Brugge as a marquee signing. And the club also have Jonathan Kodjia available in their squad.
However, Leao is another target. The Portugal youth international, who scored once in three games at the U20 World Cup recently, is the newest striker target.
The 20-year-old scored eight goals for Ligue 1 side Lille last season and previously impressed for Sporting Lisbon. He is tipped for a big future in the game and this would be a coup for Villa.
Here are some tweets from Aston Villa fans reacting to these Leao rumours.
