Newcastle United centre-forward Joselu is reportedly on the radar of two unnamed clubs this January.
According to the Chronicle, two sides are keen on signing the 28-year-old and could give him the chance to depart St James’ Park.
It is understood the Magpies could offload the Spaniard, but manager Rafael Benitez wants assurances he would be replaced due to a lack of options in the final third.
The report adds that the North East club could make a profit on the £5million they paid for him in 2017.
It would be quite remarkable if Newcastle made a profit on Joselu, as he’s completely flopped at the club and struggled to make an impact for Benitez’s team.

Joselu has scored just seven goals in 50 appearances for the Toon and clearly isn’t capable of being a reliable option in attack.
He was a fairly low-risk signing when he arrived for a minimal fee, but even with his price tag he has massively underwhelmed.
The striker can be a decent threat in the air, but overall his movement is lacklustre and he’s not managed to provide the spark going forward.
It would be extremely fortunate for Benitez to recoup some good money for him, but it would be great if that can help sanction a move for a forward with a better track record in front of goal.
