Newcastle United fans react to Jayden Bogle transfer speculation
Newcastle United are one of four clubs reportedly looking at Jayden Bogle. According to TEAMtalk, Derby County are braced for bids for Bogle before Thursday’s deadline.
Four Premier League clubs are interested and one unnamed team has made an official approach. As well as Newcastle, Bogle is also on the radar of Aston Villa, Brighton and Crystal Palace.
Newcastle are looking for a new right-back and could move for Bogle if Emil Krafth doesn’t join. Bogle is an alternative option and he is a promising youngster who is proven in the Championship.
The 19-year-old only made his debut last season but he became a regular under Frank Lampard. In 50 games, he scored twice and provided nine assists. And he has already added one more appearance and one more assist to his name this season.
Derby want to keep Bogle but a concrete bid could be enough to take him away from Pride Park before the deadline. Newcastle are one of the clubs who could be in the frame for the England youth starlet.
Here are some tweets from Newcastle fans reacting to the Bogle speculation.
