Newcastle United continue to struggle in the Premier League.
The Magpies played out an underwhelming 0-0 draw with Brighton on Saturday evening, leaving them with five points from their first six games.
Times are testing at the club following on from Rafa Benitez’s summer departure and Steve Bruce’s appointment.

Attendances have been down as an act of protest against owner Mike Ashley, and there appears to be plenty of understandable pessimism around the ground.
On the pitch, the players have done little to lift the crowd so far, but there have been glimpses from two players in particular.
New signings Jetro Willems and Allan Saint-Maximin have caught the eye and could be key to breathing new life into the St. James’ Park faithful.
TBR’s view
Newcastle’s left flank appears to have been improved greatly with the two additions.

After a shaky debut against Arsenal, Willems has really shown himself to be a good attack-minded defender, and Saint-Maximin’s flair has brought people to their feet on a few occasions already – his surge forward on Saturday straight after Fabian Schar’s brilliant goalline clearance springing to mind.
The pair’s pace and dribbling down that left side could be something that really gets the Newcastle fans going at St. James, and they could be key to a revival.
