Fabrizio Romano has just shared a fresh update on the Richarlison to Tottenham Hotspur transfer situation.

Spurs, who have already signed three players this summer, are now focusing on trying to land the Everton forward.

The Telegraph reported today that Tottenham are growing in confidence over the prospect of Richarlison joining them.

Now, Romano has taken to Twitter to claim that Spurs have already scheduled a new round of talks for the Brazilian.

While personal terms are “no issue”, the deal structure has to be “discussed again” between Tottenham and Everton.

In addition, Spurs are reportedly also working to bring a new right-back to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

According to The Mirror, Everton are standing firm on their £60million valuation of Richarlison, despite an apparent threat of a points deduction.

‘The Blues are reluctant to sell their star player, but must face up to the stark reality of a serious sanction from the Premier League, if they fail to comply with profit and sustainability rules relating to debts’, claimed the report.

While Richarlison to Tottenham remains a “work in progress”, it’s looking promising.

Spurs are clearly working hard to try and bring Richarlison to N17. And he’d be a great addition to the squad.

Blessed with pace, skill and versatility, the “complete” forward can feature out wide or as a central striker.

Richarlison also has that tenacious side to him, which make him a difficult proposition for opposition defenders.

And then there’s the key factor of experience in the Premier League. This means he should hit the ground running for Spurs.
