Celtic boss Neil Lennon was blown away by Odsonne Edouard following his performance in a fantastic win over Lazio on Thursday night.
The Bhoys have sealed progress from their Europa League group with two games to spare after beating Italian outfit Lazio 2-1 in their own backyard.
Celtic managed to go toe-to-toe with the Serie A club and have been so impressive in Europe so far this season.
Lazio went in front through Ciro Immobile after only seven minutes, but the Scottish giants drew level when James Forrest fired in a rocket in the first-half.
They start in the contest throughout the game and substitute Olivier Ntcham delicately chipped in a 95th minute winner.
Lennon was waxing lyrical after the match about how centre-forward Edouard lead the line.
“Good play from Odsonne [for Ntcham’s winning goal]. He was outstanding tonight as well, just breathtaking at times. He deserved a goal for his play,” Lennon said, as quoted by the club’s official Twitter account.
Edouard was brilliant spearheading the Celtic frontline against Lazio and put in a great shift despite not getting on the scoresheet like usual.
The 21-year-old striker looked a major goal threat around the box and managed to torment the Lazio centre-backs when he drifted into the channel.
His pass in stoppage time assisted Ntcham for the winner and his quality shone through in the second-half.
Edouard now has a remarkable 12 assists across all competitions already this season to go along with his 11 goals and brings his teammates into play so well.
