Ex-Celtic forward Morten Rasmussen believes that his former side need to be wary when they come up against Copenhagen forward Dame N’Doye.
The Scottish giants travel to Denmark on Thursday to face Copenhagen in the first leg of a Europa League Round of 32 tie.
Neil Lennon’s team will be hoping to go deep into the knockout rounds of the European competition and they progressed from an extremely tough group stage.
The Bhoys have been a class act since returning from a winter break to find their best form and have won nine games across all competitions on the spin.
Danish attacker Rasmussen, who previously had a spell at Parkhead, believes that Copenhagen do have a danger man to watch out for.
N’Doye has scored nine goals and supplied four assists in 17 games across all competition.
The 34-year-old centre-forward has had injury problems this campaign, but has been a prolific goalscorer over the years.
He’s got a phenomenal record of 115 goals in 213 appearances for Copenhagen.
“N’Doye has had a back injury, but he will start against Celtic. He’s a big player for them,” Rasmussen told the Scottish Sun.
“He scored a lot of goals for Copenhagen then played in Russia and around Europe, before coming back. He’s a very solid striker with a really consistent record.”

TBR’s View:
N’Doye may be winding down towards the back end of his career, but he’s still a physical forward that knows where the net is and Copenhagen aren’t a side that should be taken lightly.
It will be intriguing to see if Lennon sticks with a back three system that has worked effectively in domestic matches recently, but it would be no surprise to see them swap back to a more traditional back four.
The Scottish club need to ensure they stay alive in their during the away leg and an away goal in their favour would be massive.
