Tottenham Hotspur were back to winning ways in the Premier League yesterday. Needing to bounce back after defeat to Manchester City, it appeared they were cruising to victory against Wolverhampton Wanderers. With Tottenham 3-0 up, a day to forget for Juan Foyth made things tight.
The Argentine gave away two penalties on his Premier League debut, meaning Tottenham eventually had to scrape a 3-2 win.
However, Wolves were never in the game until the arrival of one man. Morgan Gibbs-White came on in the 62md minute for Joao Moutinho. The 18-year-old soon started pulling the strings and Tottenham will have to admit he ran them ragged. The Under-17 World Cup winner with England put in a tremendous cameo.
He had Harry Winks running in circles and his vision was tremendous. The teenager played some sensational passes that saw Ian Wright call him ‘De Bruyne like’ on Match of the Day.

Tottenham should certainly have taken notice.
Spurs need a new central midfielder. With Mousa Dembele on his way out and rumours circling around Victor Wanyama names are already being mentioned.
The likes of Frenkie De Jong and Tanguy Ndombele are early frontrunners, but Tottenham would do well to consider making a move for the Molineux based talent.
Strong, young and clearly talented he would also maintain Tottenham’s recent history of a strong English core.
He would not be cheap, but neither would the other targets being named. Gibbs-White could be exactly what Tottenham need to replace Dembele in the heart of midfield.
