Mo Salah was on the scoresheet once again for Liverpool as he fired in a penalty to seal a win at Brighton this afternoon.
Salah endured a largely frustrating day at the office as he snatched at a few big chances in the game. However, he kept his cool when it was needed to fire into the middle of the goal and ensure Liverpool ran out 2-0 winners at the AMEX.

However, Salah was once again the man who Jurgen Klopp decided to take off in the game, albeit on this occasion, it did appear that the forward had a minor injury this time around. Of course, whenever Salah does anything all eyes are on him and that was no different today when he left the field.
For those eagle-eyed viewers watching the game earlier, Salah was spotted trudging down the tunnel before being shouted by a Brighton fan. But rather than react poorly, Salah did the thing he’s become renowned for and whipped off his shirt to hand to the supporter to make their day. The moment was spotted by Liverpool journalist James Pearce, too.
TBR’s View: Salah A Happy Chap When He Scores
We’ve seen both Salah and Mane have a minor sulk when Klopp has taken them off at times. However, Salah had got his goal today so there was clearly a spring in his step.
Salah, basically, loves scoring goals. If he goes a game without notching then you can see in his demeanour that he’s not happy with himself. So when he gets taken off and he hasn’t scored, then Salah is generally unhappy.
But today he got his goal and this was a nice moment making a Brighton fan’s day.
