Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has shared how Storm Eunice has affected the Gunners’ preparations for the Brentford game.
The Gunners haven’t played a game since 10 February, when they ran out 1-0 winners away at Wolves.
Arsenal were meant to face Chelsea last weekend, but the game was postponed due to the latter’s Club World Cup participation.

Now, the Gunners are set to take on the Bees at the Emirates Stadium in a 3pm kickoff on Saturday.
However, Arsenal have seen their preparations hampered as one of the worst storms in decades, Storm Eunice, hits the UK.
High winds have led to power cuts, flight cancellations, hundreds of school closures, and several major bridges being closed.
In London, Storm Eunice tore a huge hole in the roof of the O2 Arena.
Speaking to football.london, Arteta revealed how the high winds forced him to amend his training programme today.
“We had to change the session,” he said.
“It was too windy to do what we wanted to do so we had to adapt and do one part inside and one part outside.”
Can Arsenal avenge their Premier League opening-day defeat to Brentford?
The Gunners got the 2021-22 campaign underway with a trip to the newly-promoted Bees on Friday 13 August.
It was the first Premier League game since March 2020 to have a full capacity crowd.
And the home fans were treated to a 2-0 victory over Arsenal, who went on to lose all three of their August league games.
Things have changed since then, with Arsenal now fighting for a top-four spot.
That said, Arsenal did also endure a miserable January on the pitch and in the transfer window.
But they’ll be hoping to build on their win over Wolves last time out and avenge that 2-0 loss back in August.
