Mikel Arteta has now provided a huge injury boost ahead of Arsenal’s important trip to Sheffield United next Monday.
Arteta has seen his Arsenal side secure five Premier League wins in a row since the turn of the year, and the squad now looks in an incredibly strong position once again.

Both Leandro Trossard and Kai Havertz have dovetailed brilliantly as false nines whilst Gabriel Jesus has been injured.
And whilst that has left Eddie Nketiah presumably frustrated on the sidelines, Arteta has handled the situation well.
All that being said, a trip to Sheffield United on Monday night could prove a potential banana skin for Arsenal if they don’t take their opposition seriously.
There does seem little fear of that with this Arsenal squad, who are incredibly professional under Martin Odegaard’s example.
But Arteta will surely be reminding his squad regardless.
And perhaps what will help with that trip up north is the return of midfielder Thomas Partey.
30-year-old Partey has missed the majority of the season, but Arteta has now provided an update saying he will be ready.
Mikel Arteta says Thomas Partey will be fit for Arsenal’s trip to Sheffield United
Speaking at his press conference this afternoon via journalist Charles Watts, Arteta said Partey had now completed successive training sessions.
Arteta said: “Thomas had a session before the last game, now he’s done two or three consecutive sessions so he should be part of the squad on Monday.”

It goes without saying that it will be a huge boost for Arteta to have Partey back ahead of Sheffield United, especially with a crucial Champions League second leg on the horizon too.
Jorginho has been doing a remarkable job in the middle, often playing a firefighter role in the biggest of games.
However, when fully fit, Partey offers Arsenal another dimension, and is a definite starter.
Partey may not be quite ready to start on Monday, but fans will hope he can have an influence from the bench.
And all that being said, one former Arsenal player has now been sharing what Martin Odegaard is really like as a captain.
