Mikel Arteta has heaped praise on Arsenal youngster Emile Smith Rowe ahead of Thursday night’s game against Crystal Palace.
The 20-year-old has burst back onto the scene in recent weeks and on Saturday he scored to help the Gunners beat Newcastle in the FA Cup.
He has played the last Premier League games, registering two assists and right now looks undroppable.

Smith Rowe has been forced to wait patiently for a chance domestically.
He scored once and claimed two assists in three outings in the Europa League but was ignored for the league campaign.
Arsenal have won every game since he was unleashed against Chelsea and Arteta has kept faith with him.
Ahead of this week’s game, Arteta was asked about Smith Rowe and he admitted that he’s been impressed.
He told Football London: “I’ve been impressed with his performances and the capacity that he’s shown to do it in competitive games and normally with the young players that isn’t very common.
“The other day he came into the game when we needed different energy and a threat in the box.
“He did exactly what we expected and he scored a goal, which is something that I’ve been talking to him about.”
TBR View: Smith Rowe on the path to stardom
If the youngster can stay injury free he can become a very big player for the Gunners this season.
One criticism thrown at Artera earlier in the season was the lack of creativity his team showcased.

Smith Rowe has answered a firm SOS when it comes to being creative and is bang in form.
He is showing that he isn’t happy with sitting on the bench and wants to be considered for every single game.
The £20,000-a-week performer has been in sparkling form in recent weeks and the hope will be that he continues to improve further.
