Arsenal made it four Premier League wins in a row on Sunday as they ran out 3-2 winners at Watford.
The Gunners opened the scoring at Vicarage Road and went on to lead 3-1 in the latter stages of the game.
However, Arsenal endured a nervy finish as Moussa Sissoko netted his side’s second on 87 minutes.
Although the Gunners boosted their top-four hopes further, Mikel Arteta won’t have been pleased with how his side made such hard work of the win.
The Arsenal boss was an animated picture on the touchline and appeared visibly frustrated with some of his players.
Indeed, the Gunners’ latest Bench Cam shows Arteta appearing to shout at two players right after the team scored.
Martin Odegaard opened the scoring for Arsenal in the fifth minute before Cucho Hernandez equalised on 11 minutes.
Then, Bukayo Saka finished off a wonderful team move for the Gunners on 30 minutes to put them ahead again.
The Bench Cam shows Arteta briefly pumping his fists in the air before frantically calling someone over.
Arteta then shouted at Odegaard and Gabriel Magalhaes as he sought to hammer home what he wanted from his players.
As per The Mirror, Odegaard is one of Arsenal’s tactical leaders.
Whenever Arteta wants to relay a message to the players on the pitch, he often uses the Norwegian as his mouthpiece.
Odegaard delivered an impressive display, and Gabriel also did well.
That, said, the Brazilian suggested he must do better after the game.
He tweeted: “I just have to prove to myself what I’m capable of!”
“We suffered”
After the game, the Arsenal boss made his feelings clear to football.london about his side’s imperfect display.
“We scored three magnificent goals but we didn’t have the same energy and commitment defensively,” said Arteta.
“When that happens, to win a game from home, you’re going to suffer.
“That’s why we suffered today – because defensively we didn’t have the right structure.
“We didn’t detect with enough urgency the moments where they could activate certain spaces that we knew.
“That’s why we suffered. We conceded two and we could have conceded another one or two.”
