Tottenham have a very strong squad.
Ange Postecoglou’s style may not be all about brute strength, but there are a few very strong players in this squad.
The likes of Cristian Romero, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Yves Bissouma are all incredibly tough to get off the ball, and their strength is a huge part of their game.
Speaking on the Premier League’s YouTube channel, Micky Van de Ven has been discussing who the strongest players at Spurs are, and interestingly, after just a few weeks at the club, he’s named Radu Dragusin as one of the strongest players in the squad.

Dragusin one of the strongest
Van de Ven spoke about the centre-back.
“Name the three strongest players at Tottenham,” Van de Ven was asked.
“I would say Pierre, Cuti and Dragusin the new player,” Van de Ven said.
Scary
We’ve not seen all that much of Dragusin at Tottenham yet, but just looking at him physically, you have to say he’s a frightening player.
He’s absolutely huge, and when you combine that with his strong pace and defensive nous, you have a potential superstar of a player on your hands.
Dragusin is a very strong player, and at the age of just 21, the scary thing is that he might only grow in a physical sense.
Between Van de Ven, Romero and Dragusin, Tottenham have one of the most physically impressive centre-back stables in Europe, and while they don’t have loads of depth in that area, they do have three very strong options who all combine, pace, strength and technical ability brilliantly.
Dragusin is yet to really make a splash at Tottenham but it sounds as though he’s making a real impression behind the scenes with his strength.
