‘Messi and De Jong?’ – Tottenham Hotspur fans react as Barcelona eye up swaps for Ryan Sessegnon and Tanguy Ndombele

Tottenham have reportedly been approached about the availability of both Ryan Sessegnon and Tanguy Ndombele by Barcelona and Spurs fans have been having a field day reacting to the news online.

The Evening Standard claims that Barca has identified the Spurs pair as potential signings.

It is claimed officials at the Nou Camp are willing to offer a number of players, plus cash, in order to land the pair. Among those players will be the likes of Philippe Coutinho and, potentially, Ivan Rakitic, both whom Jose Mourinho has expressed an interest in in the past.

And Spurs fans reacting to the news on Twitter appear to be split on the idea of a potential swap. It seems that while Barcelona do have some fine players, the thought of allowing young Sessegnon to leave already is not one an idea many appreciate.

Indeed, it is worth noting that Jose Mourinho has apparently blocked the approach for Sessegnon in particular.
