‘Mendy and £10m’: Manchester City fans react to links with Nuno Mendes

Manchester City fans have been reacting on Twitter today after reports emerged suggesting they may move to sign Nuno Mendes.

The Sporting Lisbon teenager is one of the hottest properties on the European market and is said to be being tracked by a number of teams, including Man United, Liverpool, and now, City.

Pep Guardiola could well look to sign a new left-back. Benjamin Mendy has stalled somewhat, while Oleksander Zinchenko is still not a natural, despite doing well most of the time.

Mendes could well be the missing piece in an otherwise flawless jigsaw at the Etihad, and it seems City fans are more than open to the idea of a potential £50m deal being done for the left-back.
