Mauricio Pochettino hints he'll try and sign Tottenham star Harry Kane for his next club
Tottenham Hotspur‘s old boss Mauricio Pochettino has been out of management for a while now, but he already knows the one player he’d love to sign for his next club – Harry Kane.
The Argentine spent over five years in North London and made Spurs a great side. He took the club to the final of the Champions League and also improved every player who was under him.
Pochettino is still adored by many Tottenham fans, but that may change if he gets his wish at his next club.

Kane is one of the best strikers in world football.
The Englishman is not just a goalscorer, but he has evolved into a much more complete player in recent years. He can drop deep, link play up and create multiple chances in every single game.
The 29-year-old is a manager’s dream, and Pochettino, who knows Spurs will never sell him, has suggested that he’ll pounce on any opportunity to sign him for whichever club he ends up managing next.
The Argentine wrote on The Athletic: “When I was at PSG, I knew Tottenham would never want to sell Harry. And I never wanted to do anything that would affect Tottenham, because I love Tottenham.
“But maybe one day in the future, if I am at a different club, and if Harry has decided to leave Tottenham, maybe I would try to bring Harry with me.”
TBR View:
Spurs fans would absolutely hate it if Pochettino ends up at a big club and lures Kane away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. It’s not that big of a concern now, but it could soon become a huge worry.
Kane will enter the final year of his contract at the end of this season. If he doesn’t pen a new deal, Spurs will be forced to make a decision on him, and they may well agree to let him leave for a good fee.
If Pochettino is at a huge club by then, he could make a move to sign Kane, and there’s no reason why the Tottenham star will refuse to join forces with his old boss, especially if he thinks they can win trophies together.
All that is fiction at this moment in time, but Daniel Levy has to get Kane to sign a new deal soon. If he doesn’t, this could well become reality next year.
