Former Liverpool defender and now BBC pundit, Mark Lawrenson, has admitted he is delighted to see Tottenham forward Heung-Min Son finally getting the credit at Spurs.
Lawrenson was speaking for the BBC ahead of this weekend’s fixtures in making his predictions for the latest Premier League round of games.

Predicting a Spurs win against Brighton in north London, Lawrenson was quick to point out the superb partnership of Harry Kane and Son,
In particular, Lawrenson was delighted to see South Korean star Son finally getting the plaudits he feels he deserves.
“Tottenham are absolutely flying at the moment and quite rightly everyone has been raving about how good the partnership is between Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min up front,” Lawro said.
“I’m glad Son is getting the recognition he deserves – he is two-footed, clever and lightning quick. Kane has been hugely impressive too, of course.”
Son is the top scorer in the Premier League this season following an explosive start to the campaign. Kane, on the other hand, leads the assist charts having once again laid his partner on against Burnley this past week.

Tottenham lost in midweek at Royal Antwerp, a game which Jose Mourinho felt answered a lot of questions he had about his team and their strength in depth.
Son is world-class, nothing more needs saying – TBR View
Most people have seen how good Son is in the last few seasons but this season he seems to have gone to another level.
His pace, speed of thought, as well as his finishing and ability to bring others into play, all mean he is now at a level where nobody can deny he is a world-class talent.
A trophy is within Spurs’ grasp this season if Son and Kane can carry on. It might just be, that Son ends up being the key man.
