Former Premier League goalkeeper that Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale should be England’s number one on current form.
The summer signing was in fine form once again yesterday as the Gunners defeated Leicester 2-0 at the King Power Stadium.
He made several fine saves and has quickly become established as the number one goalkeeper at Arsenal.
Eyebrows were raised when the Gunners parted with £30 million for his services. The reactions were of shock that Arsenal had parted with so much for a backup goalkeeper.

Bernd Leno has quickly been dispossessed though and Ramsdale is clearly in the form of his life at the moment.
Bosnich believes he is playing superbly well and has suggested that Jordan Pickford’s place in the England team is there for the taking.
He told TalkSPORT: “What I saw yesterday from Ramsdale was a goalkeeper that can win you games. I looked at him yesterday and thought he looked like England’s number one at the moment.”
It’s been a really strong start for Ramsdale at Arsenal. Even he can’t have expected things to have been going this well having signed as a capable understudy.
The 23-year-old took some time to prove himself at Sheffield United and found replacing Dean Henderson particularly difficult.
Now, he looks certain to be called into Gareth Southgate’s England squad for next month’s games and he could earn a first cap.
Future star: Ramsdale can become Arsenal hero
Of course, there may come some bumps in the road but ultimately Ramsdale is showing that he can become a hero within the Arsenal ranks.

Some of his saves yesterday were nothing short of incredible and he’s been busy receiving plenty of plaudits recently.
Ramsdale is thoroughly deserving after a strong start and Arsenal fans will be hoping he can continue in his rich vein of form.
