In the summer, Leeds United were being linked with a move for Luton Town full-back James Justin. As reported by Luton Today, they were one of a few teams said to be interested in the England under-20 international.
Leeds Live then reported in October that Bielsa watched Luton in action against Barnsley at Oakwell.
Putting two and two together suggested Bielsa might have been keeping his eye on the youngster.
It would make sense. He is a top young talent capable of playing in a number of positions.

His form this season has certainly justified any future Leeds swoop. He provided the assist for Luton’s opener in a 1-1 draw against Coventry City at Kenilworth Road this afternoon, his seventh of the season.
He has now established himself as the club’s starting left-back as the Hatters continue their sensational unbeaten streak. In fact, the last time they lost in the league was when Bielsa watched them lose 3-2 to Barnsley in October.
With Justin capable of playing at both right and left-back the youngster should undoubtedly remain on Leeds’ radar going forward. He could be a future star if the Whites do decide to push for his signature.
