Many Tottenham Hotspur fans are buzzing for the midfield partnership of Tanguy Ndombele and Moussa Sissoko, after the pair were pictured together in training.

The club Tweeted out a photo of the Frenchmen getting to grips with one another during pre-season preparations.

Most of Spurs’ first-team stars are back at it now after an extended break following their run to the Champions League final.

The team is preparing to fly out to Singapore and then Shanghai for the International Champions Cup, before travelling to Europe for the Audi Cup.

Fans are particularly excited to see how new record signing Ndombele gets on during pre-season.

The club chased the midfielder for a long time before finally announcing his capture earlier this month for £53.8 million (BBC Sport).
