As Jose Mourinho continues to look to bolster his front line, the Mirror say Harry Kane could be targeted. It would cost the Red Devils at least £100 million to even make Daniel Levy consider selling Spurs’ prized asset, but that may not be a problem for United.

The England international could line up alongside Alvaro Morata in attack at Old Trafford next season having scored 35 goals in 38 games in 2016/17. However, it does seem unlikely that Tottenham would ever even consider selling their star man.

Such a move could be funded by the sale of Anthony Martial as the Daily Mail report that Arsenal could target the forward of their move for Kylian Mbappe fails. The French international faces an uncertain future at Old Trafford after appearing to fail to convince Jose Mourinho in his debut season in Manchester.

Martial may still retain hope of resurrecting his career at the club having been impressive when he first joined the club. That said, it’s always been clear that Jose Mourinho will not have much patience if Martial doesn’t put the effort in to improve his form in the near future.

One player who could never be accused of not giving his all is Roma’s midfield dynamo Radja Nainggolan. Italian newspaper Il Tempo claim that the club have offered the Belgian international a contract worth £125,000 per week as they attempt to lure the Serie A star to the Premier League.

Nainggolan would add steel and bite to Mourinho’s midfield as he has been keen to do, and would be an upgrade on current options like Marouane Fellaini. Still, the club must agree terms with Roma before talks can begin to progress any further if they are to complete a deal.
