Reported Manchester City target Sergio Ramos recently said Pep Guardiola’s Barcelona side was “the best” he’d ever faced.
The Citizens are apparently looking at the Real Madrid and Spain superstar as a potential summer target.
Ramos could leave the Bernabeu this year as his contract expires on June 30, with no agreement currently in sight.

Meanwhile, City are targeting a new centre-back this summer due to Eric Garcia’s imminent departure to Barcelona.
In addition, speculation has been linking Aymeric Laporte with an Etihad Stadium exit, according to the Daily Mail.
According to ESPN, City boss Pep Guardiola will offer Ramos a contract should he not renew with Los Blancos.
City would reportedly offer the 35-year-old a two-year deal at the Etihad Stadium with the option of either a third year.
Earlier this year, Ramos appeared on streamer Ibai Llanos’ program ‘Chatting Quietly’.
And he seemed seriously impressed by what Guardiola can offer.
“Pep Guardiola’s Barcelona is the best side I have ever played against,” he said, as quoted by Barca Universal.
TBR View:
Ramos is one of the best defenders of the 21st century, with an absolutely amazing CV and plenty of silverware.
Although he’s in the twilight of his career, he could certainly do a job at City, both on the pitch and in the dressing room and the training ground.
