Manchester City fans react as Borussia Dortmund CEO issues transfer update on Haaland
Manchester City fans are not surprised by recent updates surrounding Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland, with the Bundesliga side this weekend confirming their spot in the UEFA Champions League.
TalkSPORT report that the 20-year-old attacker is now expected to stay with the German club next season after Dortmund sealed their spot in the top-four of the Bundesliga table, booking their ticket to the Champions League and all-but confirming that Haaland will still with the club for at least one more year.

As per Fabrizio Romano, Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke is also confident that Haaland will remain with the club this summer, with the Norwegian international scoring 39 goals in all competitions this season, and for City fans on social media, they were not too surprised by this latest update surrounding the striker.

City are on the hunt for a new striker this summer with club icon Sergio Aguero set to depart the blue half of Manchester after nearly 10 years with the club, with Haaland one of the most widely reported players to replace the Argentine in the transfer window.
