Phil Foden has won the PFA Young Player of the Year award after a fantastic season with Manchester City.
The England international played a starring role for the club as the Cityzens claimed both the Premier League title and the League Cup. Pep Guardiola’s side also made it to the UEFA Champions League final.

And Foden shone throughout the entire campaign as the 20-year-old winger scored 16 goals and assisted ten in all competitions for City.

Moreover, Foden becomes the fourth player to win the award as a City player. Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sane have both won the prestigious accolade in recent years.

Indeed, the England international has cemented himself as a fan favourite amongst supporters, and supporters on social media were buzzing that Foden was named PFA Young Player of the Year.
