Manchester City fans have heaped praise on U-18 player Carlos Borges.
The 17-year-old attacker has been in sensational form and was key to City’s U-18 Premier League win. The Portuguese attacker hit an astonishing 13 goals and 19 assists in 22 games.

City’s U-18 were one of three sides to win their respective league titles this season. The U-21s claimed the Premier League 2 trophy whilst Pep Guardiola guided the Cityzen’s senior team to their fifth Premier League triumph.
Borges joined the City academy at the age of 10 from Sporting Lisbon. A complete left-sided player, the teenager can operate at both left-wing and at left-back.
The teenager has been one of the U-18 side’s best performing players. And Borges was rewarded for his form by being named the club’s U-18 Players’ Player of the Year.
City supporters were happy for Borges, and his stats for the year had some fans believing they have a real talent on their hands.
