Arsenal fans have been left stunned by the latest training videos and pictures, which showed Swiss midfielder Granit Xhaka taking part in full team training sessions.

Although it’s unclear just how much Xhaka was involved, he is pictured alongside his teammates at London Colney getting involved. The midfielder wasn’t expected back until the new year, so seeing him out on the grass already is a boost for Mikel Arteta.

Of course, Xhaka won’t play any part of this weekend’s clash with Liverpool at Anfield. Despite the return to training, it comes way too soon for Xhaka to even be considered for selection.
