Tottenham crashed out of the Champions League on Tuesday night as Red Bull Leipzig beat them 3-0 in the second leg of their last 16 tie.
A Marcel Sabitzer brace and a goal from Emil Forsberg ensured a 4-0 aggregate win for the Bundesliga outfit.
It left Jose Mourinho facing a fight to get Tottenham back into the competition next season, with Spurs struggling to reach the top four in the Premier League.

Several injuries have hit Tottenham hard with Harry Kane and Son Heung-min long-term casualties for Mourinho.
One positive to perhaps emerge from last night was the debut late on of young defender Malachi Fagan-Walcott.
The 18-year-old came on in the 91st minute for the last couple of minutes of added time.
Typically a central defender he looks set for a bright future and he took to Twitter afterwards to speak of his pride at making his first-team debut.
Fagan-Walcott has showcased his talents at centre-back and in defensive midfield for the under-23 ranks this season.
He looks set to have a bright future and travelling and training with the first-team won’t have done him any harm at all.
Mourinho is already fielding some uncomfortable questions after some poor Tottenham form and playing the youngsters could help his cause.

If the season progresses and Spurs fall an unassailable number of points behind the team in fourth place, more opportunities might be forthcoming for Walcott.
Spurs fans will be delighted to see their academy produce another player at first-team level and that at least looks like one positive aspect at the club right now.
