West Ham fans have been having their say today on Twitter, after reports claimed Declan Rice could be sold for £50m in the summer.

90Min claimed that the pandemic has took its toll on Premier League clubs and the Hammers could now lower their £80m valuation of Rice and accept closer to £50m.

Chelsea have been linked with a move for the impressive Rice since the summer, while Liverpool and Manchester City are also said to be monitoring his situation in London.

However, most West Ham fans, taking a look at the Twitter replies anyway, think the notion of selling Rice for as little as £50m is not something the club should consider. In fact, most Hammers seem to think Rice’s value has increased, not dropped down.

Social media was awash with comments from Hammers fans commenting on the latest rumours. And it’s safe to say that some West Ham supporters cannot see this one happening at all.
