‘Make this happen ASAP’ – Manchester City fans react as Arsenal and Everton are linked with John Stones

Manchester City defender, John Stones, has this weekend been linked with a move away from the club, with Everton and Arsenal both said to be keen on the England man.

Having fallen down the pecking order under Pep Guardiola, Stones is apparently open to a move this summer, with the Sun reporting both the Toffees and the Gunners are keen.

With the Euros next summer, it is widely expected that Stones will be on the lookout for regular first-team football.

However, with the likes of Garcia, Laporte, and even Otamendi all seemingly ahead of him at City, he may have to move on to find those regular minutes to make the Three Lions’ squad.

Plenty of Man City fans have been reacting on Twitter to the news and it seems, in the main, that they would be happy to see the £47.5m defender move away from the club.
