Some West Ham United fans have been reacting on social media to reports by Foot Mercato, which claimed their side is confident that Sparta Prague striker Adam Hlozek can adapt to the Premier League.

Hlozek is under consideration for a move to the London Stadium as David Moyes continues to weigh up potential successors for Sebastien Haller, having elected against replacing the Ivory Coast international (Goal) when sold to Ajax in January.

West Ham begun scouting Hlozek last year (90min), but now face competition from Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Juventus with the European heavyweights also linked.

Hlozek is considered to be one of the Czech Republic’s true great talents of his generation as the versatile weapon has everything needed to become a star, and is expected to follow Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal in securing moves away from the Fortuna Liga.

Sparta Prague previously valued Hlozek in the region of €30million (£25.8m) but have been forced to lower their demands (90min), with the coronavirus pandemic causing a shift in the financial situation ahead of the summer market.

Hlozek has scored 11 goals and registered eight assists in 17 Fortuna Liga appearances this season, either side of a metatarsal fracture that kept the 18-year-old out of action for 14 games between November and February.
