Everton may have had a tough season so far that has seen Carlo Ancelotti replace Marco Silva as their manager in December, but somehow they may be an outside bet to sneak into a European spot if they can finish the Premier League strongly.
The Toffees have had an uplift in results since the arrival of Ancelotti and they are now up to ninth in the league table.
But the Merseyside club are only two points adrift of Manchester United in seventh, while fourth-placed Chelsea are eight points ahead.
Everton have seen the likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Mason Holgate really thrive this season, but they could really do with defender Lucas Digne recapturing his best form.
Digne was the outstanding individual at Goodison Park last season during his first year in English football and really set the tone on the pitch
But the 26-year-old has struggled to reach the same heights this term, with errors creeping into his game and also he’s lacked the same offensive threat.

Digne has looked a long way short of the standard he was setting consistently last year and he should be the first to admit it.
But he is showing signs of getting back to his best, with two of his six assists this season coming in the last four matches.
The French full-back brings so much balance to the team down the left when he’s in the mood and he delivered one of his best performances of the season in the 3-2 away win at Watford.
Everton are a much better team when he’s on top of his game and he will surely be key to finishing the season strong, with fans hoping to sneak into Europe.
