‘Love this move: Some Arsenal fans excited as 20-year-old exits on loan
Arsenal prospect Tyreece John-Jules completed a loan move away from the Emirates Stadium on Thursday – and some Gunners fans on Twitter are excited about the news.
The Gunners confirm that the 20-year-old will spend the upcoming season at Blackpool.
He’s spent time out on loan at League One clubs in the past, but is now set to play in England’s second tier for the first time.
The London-born forward is linking up with a Blackpool side that were promoted to the Championship last season, so they’ll also be dealing with a step up.
John-Jules, who’s been in Arsenal’s youth ranks since he was eight, is waiting to make his senior debut for the north London club. However, he’s highly rated after tearing it up with the Gunners Under-23s and Under-18s in the past.
The striker is making his way now in the senior game and can take heart from the amount of young talents in Mikel Arteta’s current squad.
Arsenal fans have high hopes for Tyreece John-Jules
A selection of Arsenal supporters on social media believe the confirmed loan deal for John-Jules could turn out to be a masterstroke.
He’s never played higher than League One football in men’s football before, so it’s going to be a challenge. However, the amount of talent coming out of the Hale End academy right now is really encouraging.
