Tottenham Hotspur striker Fernando Llorente’s time at the club could well soon be over.
It was reported recently that he along with a few other first-teamers could be sold in January to free up funds to sign new players.
Llorente joined Spurs from Swansea City in 2017 after impressing for the struggling Welsh club in the 2016/17 season.

The Spaniard proved to be a real handful and managed an impressive haul of 15 goals in 33 Premier League matches.
Unfortunately for the veteran, opportunities have been very hard to come by for the north Londoners, with Mauricio Pochettino playing Harry Kane virtually every game.
It’s been reported that Llorente could be set to join Galatasaray as a potential replacement for Bafetimbi Gomis who has joined Al Hilal.
Llorente could be forgiven for any ill feeling towards Pochettino
It has to be said, it’s surprising how few games Llorente has managed since joining Tottenham a year-and-a-half ago.

He’s made 38 appearances for the club but most of his appearances have been as a substitute.
Kane is world class but it’s been surprising to see Pochettino continually use the Englishman up top. One would think he’d need a rest at some point, but he plays almost every minute.
Llorente is even snubbed in favour of the likes of Heung-min Son or Lucas Moura who are natural wingers.

The man has been unable to build up any momentum with Pochettino so keen to continually give Kane full and regular games.
Llorente, who’s played just 27 minutes in the Premier League this term, plundered 118 goals for Athletic Bilbao and 27 for Juventus. He’s a striker who’s known where the goal is his whole career – he has every right to feel frustrated with his manager’s lack of trust in him.
